• I’m Heidi. I live in Wetherby with my fiancé, my amazing kids, my precious ball of fur and the fastest tortoise in the world.

• My brain is always on and I'm constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to do things.

• I’ve been a freelance writer, editor and proofreader for fifteen years. A graphic designer for nine. And a teacher for eighteen years.

• I've got a degree and post-graduate degree in marketing and I worked in advertising for 10 years at the start of my career.

• I’m a qualified and passionate language teacher, specialising in French & Japanese.

• I'm also a qualified interior designer and I’m passionate about colours, patterns and textures. 

• I love reading and have always got at least one book on the go.

• I love being outdoors, exploring new places, gardening, running or hiking up massive hills.
